Gettign up and making the change!!
Today I got up at 5:30 and started working out. For about 40 minutes, it feels awesome!!! Today is the day I did what I want to do every day. Why is it when a person gets out of a habit it becomes even harder to get back to the habit? I want to get back to where I use to be. Working out at 5:00 every day and reading my bible after a shower. This would give me about two hours to my self before all the house got up. Yeah and today is starting off good. The rest of the day will be with some walking about an hour or so. This will be good!! I am happy that I got myself out of my bed and got moving.
