Day 5

I did not walk as much as I have the days before but did do some walking on post. I did maybe 30 min.or maybe 45 not really sure but any who it was an off day missed my bible group was late and just walked around and shopped and walked lol. But hey I guess every little bit counts huh.

Day 5

We walked again today I did miss my walking buddy much today. Julie would have loved the sun and we would have been out really all day walking. I will miss our 2-3 hour walks. Any who I did get a walk in today that is usefully when riding a bus you are on foot and the weather is nice to do so, so go for it and take the chance to breath the air around you.

day 4

So today again I walked about in all an hour it was so nice out. We have had snow for a long while and finally we got some beautiful sun shine so I was out almost all day in it soaking it all in and it felt wonderful.

Day 3

Today I had appointments all day long. So what did I do I walked on post for 45 minutes so that was my work out for the day not what I would have liked but I was still was exercising. So I guess it can count.

Day 2

Today was why I am doing this; I only had a 15 minute work out because my one of my small children decided to not take a nap today and 15 was all I could get in. This is it why I am doing, this to keep track at what is working and what is not. I hope if anyone is reading this they can take away what might work and try it out. I have tried during day 1 to do a work out during nap time and it worked yet today no it did not.Alwasy tomorrow to try again!

Day 1

Well day one was a little late so forgive me. Well I did work out yesterday and it went well. I am working out to Jillian Michaels 30 day shred work out CD. It works you really hard and I like it because it has different levels of work out toughness I guess you can say. I have the hardest time working in 20 minutes a day just because I am in a place where we have one car and or post is about 30 minutes away so it’s at home for me. Also having two small kids at home and two in school makes it hard to get things done on post on a bus so this is what I am trying to do: work out at home.
